Important Booking Policy Update

Instead of securing your hotel room with a deposit. You will need to register for Bewhiskered 2027 in order to keep your hotel reservation.

 

When making your hotel reservation, make certain the first full legal name you put on the room matches the full legal name you use to register for Bewhiskered 2027.

 

The system will not automatically check for your Bewhiskered Registration. However, we will check reservations frequently. If the full legal name on a hotel booking does not match a paid registration for Bewhiskered 2027 the booking will be deleted. Meaning you will no longer have a room reserved for you. 

 

Here's two important dates for all of the hotels below:

 

Reservations must be booked by March 4th, 2027 (Most rooms will sell before this date!)

 

Reservations canceled after February 18th, 2027 will be charged a one night room rate and tax cancellation fee.

 

If you have any questions please reach out to us at hotel@bewhiskeredcon.org Any request to change the date, room type or make any special requests with the hotel must be done through the hotel.
